Group lessons
Our adult swimming lessons and aquatic courses are for all abilities and suitable for ages 15 years and older.
Lessons run with the school term, and cater to all levels – from basic swimming skills to improving stroke and breathing techniques. No lessons are available on public holidays.
- Adult Beginner 1
This level is ideal for adults who are new to swimming, have never had lessons and have no water confidence.
- Adult Beginner 2
Ideal for adults who have water confidence, but need to develop basic swimming skills. In this level you will learn how to swim.
- Adult Breathing
For adults who have water confidence and can swim freestyle on their front and back up to 15 metres, but need to learn or develop their breathing technique.
- Adult Advanced
This level is ideal for adults who can swim freestyle for 25 metres and basic breaststroke, and want to further develop stroke technique and increase distance and stamina.
