Location: On the hills above Grenada North Park
Entrance and exit points: The end of Caribbean Drive or Horokiwi Road.
Brief description: The reserve is covered in a mix of regenerating bush, gorse, manuka and open grassed areas.
Beyond the locked gate at the end of Caribbean Drive, a sealed road rises up the hill for a short way before joining four-wheel-drive tracks.
The only major track runs up to Horokiwi Road, but the middle section is steep and mostly unformed.
Parking: Car park at end of Caribbean Drive.
Accessibility: Tracks steep and uneven.
Dogs: Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Mountain biking: Mountain biking is allowed in the reserve. There aren't any proper trails so would recommend some of Wellington's other great trails.
Features: Tag War Games lease land in the reserve and cater for organised groups who book a time for its use.
