Wellington City Council sought feedback on a proposal to stop a 50 m² area of unformed legal road (Military and Garden roads). The land adjoins 2 Military Road and 55 Garden Road, Northland, Wellington.
If the proposal is successful, it will be sold to the adjoining owner of these two adjoining properties. 44 m² would be amalgamated with 2 Military Raoad, and 6 m² with 55 Garden Road.
