What happened to this public notice?
Wellington City Council sought feedback on the proposal to stop a 50 m² area of unformed legal road (Essex Street). The land adjoins 12 Essex Street, Aro Valley, Wellington.
Once the road land is stopped it would be sold to the adjoining owner of 12 Essex Street, Aro Valley and the land titles amalgamated. A further 1 m² is also proposed to be stopped but that would remain in Council ownership.
