I was extremely disappointed when I saw only $0.21 was used from our rates to waste reduction and energy Reduction. I currently have lived in three apartment buildings and all of them have NO PLACE TO PUT GLASS OR RECYCLING! There is just one bin where it all goes. I find this absolutely disgusting how I have to put all my rubbish into one bin. I am a 23 year old female and I want to make a change! I want there to be a RECYCLING OPTION for apartment buildings!
