These multi-function spaces host the Green Café, open Wednesday to Saturday as well as concerts, theatre rehearsals, exercise and educational programmes as well as co-working.

The bowling clubrooms have wheelchair access to the upstairs only. For Vogelmorn Hall there is an access ramp to the main hall.

Bowling club
The bowling club rooms have multiple spaces that can be hired: upstairs rehearsal & bar lounge, the mezzanine cafe with kitchen & meeting area, and the downstairs co-working space. The building can also be hired as a whole for large events such as birthday parties, community gatherings and even weddings.
Kitchen/cafe/mezzanine
The kitchen, cafe and mezzanine (including the seating area next to it) measures 8.7×7.6m, seats 8-20 and is available for hire just as a meeting room, or with our revamped kitchen. The kitchen has prep and wash sinks, 5-burner gas stove with gas oven, microwave, hot water zip, fridge with small freezer, and a sterilizer.
Upstairs rehearsal/bar lounge
This comprises the rehearsal space with wooden floor (7.5×10.9m; sit down dinners have catered for ~90 people) and tuned Haake upright piano, and adjacent bar & lounge with couch seating (best for groups 20-30).
Vogelmorn hall
The Vogelmorn hall includes a gently sloping stage ideal for performance. The hall has a polished wooden floor, a spacious open kitchen, modern bathroom facilities and electric heaters.

- There are 70 chairs and 10 tables.
- Kitchen: oven and zip hot water (no fridge, cutlery, crockery or catering services).
