Renewing your food registration certificate

Verification is a separate process to renewing your registration certificate, and usually happens at a different time. We will contact you separately to arrange verification.

Verification of your food business

If you have changed the scope or details of your business – for example, a change of location or changing from a food control plan to national programme, you need to notify us of the change.

There may be fees to pay for processing a change to your registration:

• Significant changes – $161
• Minor changes – $81
• Voluntary suspension – $81

Select 'Food sellers' then 'Food control plan' from the dropdown lists.

Pay online

You can also pay using internet banking. Use the reference from the invoice sent you, which also includes our bank account details.

You can submit your form and pay in person at our Service Centre between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. You don't need an appointment.
