The lighting of lamps at this ancient Hindu festival symbolises the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and the renewal of life.

Diwali festival Sunday 25 October 2020, 1.30pm–9pm

The Diwali festival will return to the TSB Arena and Shed 6 this October.

Highlights of the festival will include:

  • delicious Indian vegetarian food stalls
  • traditional and contemporary dance, music and fashion
  • arts, crafts, henna and information stalls
  • a spectacular waterfront fireworks display.
