Provides for good governance in administering the Council's affairs and gives the provisions common to all parts of the Consolidated Bylaw.
Gives legal powers to enforce the Council's 2016 Dog Policy and states what's required when keeping animals and bees.
To protect the public from the nuisance arising from fire and smoke, in regard to aspects other than fire safety.
Prohibits the consumption and possession of alcohol in all public places at all times.
Covers managing and protecting water supplies, waste water, drainage and sanitation.
Note that parts 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 of the Wellington Consolidated Bylaw 2008 have been removed and replaced by standalone bylaws.
