Volunteers make a critical contribution to many community organisations, civic services and events. The time, energy and skills they donate help make Wellington the special city it is.

Anyone with a little time and energy to give can become a volunteer. Opportunities exist across many fields and in a range of roles.

Volunteer Wellington is Wellington’s volunteering focal point, however you can also volunteer through the Council.
