• A meeting room can be hired for small groups of up to 15 people.

Availability

• Monday to Friday: the meeting room can be hired for meetings, seminars and workshops from 8.00am - 10.00pm.
• Saturdays and Sundays: 4.00pm - 10.00pm. The meeting room is not available during the day on weekends.
• Not available for barbecues, weddings, or social functions.

Facilities

• Meeting room with tables and chairs
• Public toilets, accessed from outside the building
• Small kitchen sink, hot water, small fridge for refreshments

Cost & Payment

• $50 for the first hour and $40 per hour after that - or $210 for more than five hours
• Bookings essential

Access

• Main public car park is at the Wilton Road entrance
• Wheelchair friendly paths run from main car park to the information centre
• A swipe card is required to access the Information Centre meeting room after hours (4.00pm - 10.00pm). The swipe card is available for collection by prior arrangement from the Otari-Wilton's Bush Information Centre between 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
