Cost & Payment

Function Room 1

Includes large meeting room, kitchen and bar

  • $20 per hour (non-commercial use)
  • $40 per hour (commercial rate)

Function Rooms 1 & 2

Rooms open into one larger room - includes kitchen and bar

  • $30 per hour (non-commercial use)
  • $65 per hour (commercial rate)

Function Room 2 is not hired on its own.

  • Pedestrian access from Newtown Park and Roy Street
  • Off-street parking available
