The Council collects rubbish and recycling once a week in all suburbs.
The Council collects rubbish in the central business district after 5.00pm daily.
Holidays
Rubbish is not collected on Christmas day, New Years Day and Good Friday. When a collection falls on one of these days, it is moved to an alternative day.
The alternative collection date for Good Friday 2008 will be: Saturday, 22 March. Alternative dates for Christmas 2008 and New Years Day 2009 will be notified nearer the dates.
On all other holidays, collection days are as normal.
