Recreation Options - Tai Chi

Tai Chi, a Chinese martial art, is a series of relaxed and graceful movements that are performed slowly. Each movement is based on principles of efficiency and self-defence.

Tai Chi is not suitable for people who have difficulty holding their hands up for long periods of time.

  • helps relaxation, decreases stress levels and reduces tight muscles
  • focuses energy
  • provides an opportunity for time out
