Recreation Options - Swiss Ball

Swiss balls are big and bouncy and used for exercise and therapy. Exercises aim to stabilise core postural muscles and can include kneeling, lying or sitting on the ball.

Before using a swiss ball, seek advice from a doctor or other health professional to prevent re-injury.
