Recreation Options - Meditation

Meditation is a tool to calm and focus the mind, resulting in the release of stress, anxiety and worry. A class may include meditation, reflection and a question and answer session.

  • promotes relaxation, decreasing stress levels and reducing tight muscles

  • provides an opportunity for time out
