Aquafitness is aerobic and muscle strengthening exercise done in water to music. Exercises are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength and muscle tone.
Aquafitness caters to a range of fitness levels depending on the type of class. It is important you let your instructor know you have OOS and to get advice about modifying the exercises to prevent re-injury.
