Passport to Leisure

Passport to Leisure is a recreation discount scheme for people who are eligible for a Community Services Card.

The Passport to Leisure scheme was established to assist people who could not participate in recreational activities due to cost.

Community Services Card

The Community Services Card is an income-based card, available from the Department of Work and Income. To find out if you are eligible call the Department of Work and Income at 0800 999 999 or visit your local Work and Income Centre.

Discounts

The Passport to Leisure scheme offers discounts of up to 50% at Wellington City Council swimming pools, recreation centres and libraries, as well as at selected cinemas, theatres, garden centres, and video stores.
