This scheme aims to make parking available for shoppers and visitors to the city.

Coupon parking zones are in the areas on the fringe of the central business district and are clearly marked with blue signs.

Cost

The first two hours in coupon parking zones are free. After that you will need to display a validated coupon on your windscreen or side window.

A Coupon Exemption Permit allows residents living within sign-posted coupon parking zones to park in their zone without displaying a coupon.

Permits cost $50 per year.
