This service can be used to request any of the following reports. Select a title below for more information on each of the reports.
Online Process
There are five simple steps to this process.
| Step 1. | Select the report type required. If requesting a LIM report a current copy of the Title (Computer Register) must be attached or faxed. This can be purchased online through Land Information New Zealand (LINZ): LINZ website |
| Step 2. | Search to find the property |
| Step 3. | Provide applicant contact details |
| Step 4. | Check details |
| Step 5. | Enter credit card details and make payment |
Applications will not be processed without payment. This service accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard.

Prices are GST inclusive.
Processing Times
LIM:
Within 10 working days excluding public holidays and the period from 25 December to 15 January.
Building Information Report:
Within 1 working day.
Property Report:
Within 3 working days.
