In the first ten years of the Housing Upgrade Project, more than 12 complexes will be improved to make life better for tenants.
Following feedback received, some of the redevelopment work is aimed at increasing the size of bedsits and providing larger family-sized units.
In addition to the changes below, we will create a new community space for tenants at Central Park Flats, Berkeley Dallard Flats, Pukehinau, Nairn Street Townhouses and Etona Flats.
