The Council aims to provide good quality accommodation. Every year it undertakes a range of maintenance and improvement initiatives.

Current Maintenance Programmes

• Replacing hot water cylinders and stoves (ongoing)
• Repairing potholes (ongoing)
• Interior and exterior painting
• Fencing
• Renewing spouting and downpipes
• Roofing
• Trimming and pruning trees
• Promoting health and safety

If a tenant has been included in some planned maintenance work, they are notified and kept updated.
