Tenants - Complaints & Disputes
The Council has procedures in place for fairly and impartially dealing with tenants' complaints and disputes.

To make a complaint, complete the Council Complaint form below. Once your complaint is received a Council tenancy manager will investigate the issue.
You can also complete the City Housing Complaint form below and send it to the Council.

Disputes
If a tenant or the Council has a dispute or a case of breaching the Tenancy Agreement, they can make an application to Tenancy Services for mediation or a Tenancy Tribunal hearing. A tenancy mediator is referred to the case to help resolve the problem.
