Discretionary Funds are very limited and used only in special circumstances. The funds are available to help those who cannot be considered in the current grants calendar due to extenuating circumstances. PurposeDiscretionary funds ensure the community and its organisations are supported in times of severe need. CriteriaApplicants must fit the Council’s general grants criteria.
