Community Halls
The Council manages five community facilities (halls and rooms) that can be hired by community groups or individuals for meetings and events.
The venues are inexpensive to hire and are ideal for social functions, after-school activities and all kinds of community recreation and leisure activities.
Some halls have kitchen facilities but they do not provide cutlery, crockery or catering services.

Security
Social functions are usually followed by a security check and lock-up, at a cost of $25. User groups are requested to ensure there is no noise or music after 12 midnight.
