Over 30 different-sized studios are spread out over two levels of the centre. They are available for long-term rent.

A diverse range of practitioners rent the studios, including photographers, painters, graphic artists, sound artists, writers, model makers, performers and sculptors.

Applications for studios are evaluated by a panel. They consider the technical, conceptual and creative ability of the artist and whether they would benefit from being based at Toi Pōneke.

Artist studios are available for May - July 2009. The deadline for applications for these studios has now closed.
