Resolution to Exclude the Public

THAT the Strategy and Policy Committee:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, exclude the public from the following part of the proceedings of this meeting namely:

Grounds: Section 48(1)(a) That public conduct of this item will be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding would exist under Section 7.

Reason: Section 7(2)(i) To enable a local authority holding the information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations (including commercial and industrial negotiations).
