RESOLUTION TO EXCLUDE THE PUBLIC

THAT Council:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the public be excluded from the following part of the proceedings of this meeting namely:

Report 2: Inner City Parks

Grounds: Section 48(1)(a) Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act – that public conduct of this item would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding would exist under Section 7

Reason: Section 7(2)(h) The withholding of the information is necessary to allow any local authority holding the information to carry out, without prejudice or commercial disadvantage, commercial activities.

Section 7(2)(i) To enable any local authority holding the information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations (including commercial and industrial negotiations).
