RESOLUTION TO EXCLUDE THE PUBLIC
1. THAT pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the public be excluded from the following part of the proceedings of this meeting, namely:
Report 1: Six-Monthly Review of Progress
Report 2: Chief Executive Key Result Areas
Report 3: Forward Programme
Grounds s48(1)(a) That the public conduct of the whole or the relevant part of proceedings of the meeting would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reasons for withholding exists.
Reasons s7(2)(a) To protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.
2. THAT Jennifer McDonald, of Continuum, be permitted to remain after the exclusion of the public as she has specialist knowledge and advice relevant to the topics under discussion.
