RESOLUTION TO EXCLUDE THE PUBLIC
THAT the Finance and Corporate Committee:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the public be excluded from the following part of the proceedings of this meeting namely:
Report 5: Property to be Stopped under Section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981. Property Adjoining: 29 Webb Street
Grounds: S48(1)(a) That public conduct of the whole or the relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding them would exist.
Reason: S7(2)(i) Enable any local authority holding the information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations.
Report 6: Polhill Gully - Land Exchange
Grounds: S48(1)(a) That public conduct of the whole or the relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding them would exist.
Reasons: S7(2)(b)(ii) Protect information where the making available of the information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of the information.

Grounds: S 48(1)(a) That public conduct of the whole or the relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding them would exist.
Reasons: S7(2)(a) protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.
S7(2)(b) protect information where the making available of the information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the commercial position of the Council.
S7(2)(i) enable any local authority holding the information to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations.

Grounds: S 48(1)(a) That public conduct of the whole or the relevant part of the proceedings of the meeting would be likely to result in the disclosure of information for which good reason for withholding them would exist.
Reasons: S 7(2)(h) the withholding of the information is necessary to allow any local authority holding the information to carry out, without prejudice or commercial disadvantage, commercial activities.
